Gobhui Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide to Using the Platform

1General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all members using the Gobhui platform (https://gobhui.vu). They constitute a legally binding agreement between Gobhui and its users.

Gobhui reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Although these rules are written in Bengali, the English version will take precedence in the event of any legal dispute.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account with Gobhui:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• If multiple members of the same household are operating accounts from the same device or IP address, Gobhui must be notified in advance.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.

Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete. A national ID or passport must be submitted before your first withdrawal.

3Deposit Policy

• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Gobhui offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply to all of them:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, expiry period, and maximum withdrawal limit.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• While a bonus is active, bet contributions may differ by game — for example, 100% for slots but 10% for Live Casino.

Violation of any of the above rules gives Gobhui the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and forfeit all balances.

8Account Suspension & Termination Policy
